Busted Tail Light

So first off, I gotta tell ya that earlier that day me and my brother were on our way to dairy queen to get some food and he got in a wreck, got his tail light broke but other than that nothing too major.
Anyways to the main story, my cousin called me up and asked me if I wanted
to come up and blaze /w him. Naturally I'm down for it but the only way up to his house is by taking my bro's car. So I do, I pick him up and we go and smoke about 3 or so bowls. It was pretty good stuff so we were pretty ripped. So his bud Rory had to get home cuz he had school in the morning so I drop him off and I start drivin home and I'm still pretty blazed. So I pull onto my road and start drivin down and I pass the Maverick and see a cop ready to pull outta the parking lot right behind me.
I'm like FUCK! I have a broken tail light there is NO WAY he won't pull me over. Sure enough he flips on his lights and I'm fucking scared outta my mind, I don't have a license AND there's a pipe in the car and I'm still pretty high. So I pull to the side of the road and wait in the car expecting the worst...
Then something amazing happened... The cop pulling me over happened to be the EXACT cop that was talking to my bro when we wrecked earlier! He’s like oh it's just you, you're his brother, so I'll let you on your way. So the rest of the drive home I'm just marveling at how friggin lucky I was! Moral of the story, just cuz things look bad doesn't mean you're screwed!
